TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Organizer of the Giveaway The organizer and administrator of the giveaway is Spektrum Média Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. Conditions of Participation Any legally competent natural person over the age of 18 may participate in the giveaway who fulfills all of the following conditions collectively:
- They plan to hold their wedding on the island of Cyprus in 2027, or are holding an official wedding photoshoot/ceremony there.
- They submit their entry via email to spektrummediakft@gmail.com containing a joint photo, a short introduction, and their shared love story, as described in the Facebook post.
- They accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
3. Duration of the Giveaway Start of the giveaway: the day the post is published. Deadline for submitting entries: December 31, 2026, at midnight. Entries received after this deadline cannot be considered by the Organizer.
4. The Prize The prize is a full wedding photography and videography service package for 1 couple in Cyprus during the 2027 wedding season.
- Important: The prize applies exclusively to the photography and videography work (services) of the Organizer. The prize does not include the costs of travel, accommodation, meals, or any potential official permits or venue rental fees; these costs shall be borne by the winning couple. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
5. Selection and Notification of the Winner The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on the submitted stories and photos, through a completely subjective decision based on the mood and creativity of the submitted materials. The winner will be notified via email or Facebook message within [X] days following the application deadline. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
6. Data Protection and Usage Rights By participating in the giveaway, applicants explicitly consent to the Organizer using the submitted photos, stories, and the photos and videos taken at the winner's wedding as references on its own marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website). The Organizer will use the provided personal data exclusively for the administration of the giveaway and will not disclose it to third parties.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook). Participants acknowledge that they are providing their data to the Organizer and not to Meta. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify these rules in justified cases.
